Excellent stay in Clifton

helpful staff delicious breakfast central location

The staff were helpful. the breakfast was delicious, and parking was available. i found the location fantastic, right in the centre of clifton village. i messaged about my wife's birthday. Upon arrival, our room had swans made from towels and chocolates on the bed. this surprise was a lovely touch, i did not expect it.

The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from the corridor.

the room featured a large, comfortable bed. it was also very quiet, which i appreciated. the bathroom was clean and well-kept. it had good water pressure in the shower.

The staff members were friendly and efficient. they were helpful . the reception area was clean and organized. breakfast service was prompt and attentive each morning. I found the team to be accommodating.

clean room ground level room helpful staff

the room was clean the ensuite shower had a good finish. i was allocated a ground floor room due to some disability issues and this was excellent. the staff helped with carrying my bags.

the hotel had a great location. i found many bars and restaurants nearby it. parking onsite was good, because it was very convenient.

my room was located under reception. every creak of the floorboards was heard when people moved above me. i did not sleep a wink and was awake all night. this was very inconvenient.

I found the location excellent. It sat near nice restaurants. the building itself had a lovely traditional feel, and it was clean.
